K2LA offers one - and two-bedroom apartment floor plans in K-Town, LA, with spacious gourmet kitchens, floor-to ceiling windows, and expansive walk-in closets.

Applicants need a valid government-issued photo ID, and income and identity verification are completed electronically. International students may submit an I-20 or apply with a guarantor.
It’s best to apply as soon as possible to secure your preferred apartment.
Yes, guarantors are accepted for applicants who do not meet income requirements, but not for credit or background denials. Only one guarantor per home is permitted.
There is no minimum credit score requirement; approval is based on multiple factors including income, credit history, and background screening.
Lease terms range between 3 and 15 months.

Yes, K2LA's pet policy allows both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment.
